First United Methodist of Edmond believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our littlest members. We believe that children are precious, and we strive to make our nursery fun and stimulating for even the youngest child coming through our door. While we realize it can be difficult to leave your child in the care of others, we want to assure you that our staff has genuine love for the work they do.

Our nursery is staffed by paid, experienced workers who are certified in CPR and First Aid. They also participate in continuing education classes and seminars which cover a variety of topics including child development and safety procedures.

We offer a loving, Christian atmosphere. All of our nursery rooms are safe, fun and filled with age-appropriate toys, games and books.

While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our qualified staff create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus early on. Nursery classes coincide with all of our regular weekend and mid-week adult services.
